Zanesville Man Sentenced in Rape of Mother/Daughter
A Zanesville man is sentenced to prison for raping a mother and her daughter.
The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says that 34-year-old Sean Payton appeared in court this week before Common Pleas Judge Mark Fleegle who sentenced him to life in prison with the possibility for parole after 20-years.
Payton pled guilty to two separate counts of rape on October 27th.
Judge Fleegle also classified Payton as a Tier III sexual offender and he must make restitution of $1,900.
