Z-ville Woman Claims She Sold Drugs to Help her Kids

A Zanesville woman who claims she sold drugs to raise money to help her kids is sentenced to prison. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says 41-year-old Janet Gartner faces 11 years in prison. She pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs and one count of engaging in a patter of corrupt activity. Authorities says during a search of Gartner’s farm $160,000 cash, 50 pounds of marijuana and other drugs were seized.
