Zane State College Holds Flash Registration

Zane State College held a flash registration event for spring semester Friday.

The event was held at College Hall on the Zanesville campus and the EPIC Center on the Cambridge Campus. We spoke to Paul Brown, the President of Zane State College, who says the event was open to anyone.

“We hope as many come as hear our voice because it is an opportunity, if you’re unemployed to be on the fast track to get a good job and its also an opportunity for people that may have a job but feel like their underemployed, that they really could do more and we want to address those individuals.”

The event ran from 9AM to 6PM. Brown says the event was incredibly user friendly and conveniet, and there were plenty of people on staff to answer questions. Scholarships were also awarded on site. Brown explained it is always important to be well informed.

“It’s very important, to get, always good to get information and be well informed about what kind of jobs are out there and how our degrees lead to a good paying job. So whether you enroll or not, it’s always good to get that information for your future reference.”
