Zanesville Community Theater Announces Shows for it’s 63rd Season

ZANESVILLE, OH- The Zanesville Community Theater has announced the remaining shows for their 63rd Season.

Daegan Lusk, a ZCT Board member, said the cast and crew have worked hard on their productions of Frankenstein and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged, but are excited to welcome the community back for a few more shows.

He said the next big production they’ve been working on is Disney’s Descendants on April 10th through the 19th.

“After that we have Murder on the Orient Express and that’s going to have show dates sometime in May and then our Summer show this year is going to be Mean Girls.” Lusk said. “There will be show dates for that in July, so you can go to zct.org to get tickets and check those out.”

Lusk said another event they’re also gearing up for is the Lip-Sync Cabaret, which is an 18 + event hosted by the Theater’s own Miss Vanessa, which will be on March 14th.

He also said the cast sizes can vary from show to show but everyone becomes one big family by closing night.

“If doing a stage play isn’t quite your speed, you want to do something a little more fun, we have a lot of different stuff going on.” Lusk said. “Once again, we welcome everybody to come and check out the Zanesville Community Theater.”
