Zanesville Concert Association kicks off New Season

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The Zanesville Concert Association kicked off this year’s season with a dinner on Sunday, August 20th.
The dinner was held at Grace United Methodist Church at 6:30. Members of the association met to discuss the upcoming season including Vice President, Chris Shaw.
“This evenings event is a kick off with all our sales team and our board members who are really great talking one on one because they believe in the arts. They talk one on one with those who want to be involved and members of the Zanesville Concert Association and we have a wonderful lineup so we are really excited about this season.”
This years first concert is October, 29th with the Dublin Silver Band from Columbus, directed by Zanesville native Tim Jameson. Tickets are available for 55 dollars a show but you can enjoy all four shows and more for the price of 65 dollars for a membership.
“What makes us unique is that we are a membership organization and we have our four concerts in addition to the reciprocal concerts that we have with the Mount Vernon Association. So there is a lot of opportunities and some people may say you know I’m a snow bird and I’m not here in the winter i didn’t get to see those concerts. The nice thing is with your membership you can pass that along to another family member so that someone else can attend.”
Children 18 and under can also get in for free with an adult who has a membership. For more information and to purchase a membership visit the Zanesville Concert Association’s website here.
