Zanesville Concert Association launches 87th season with special ticket offer

ZCA 87th

Zanesville, OH- The Zanesville Concert Association is preparing for its 87th season, but renovations at Secrest Auditorium mean the first show won’t arrive until next year.

Because of the ongoing work at Secrest, the association’s season will open February 25, 2027, with Jazz at Lincoln Center’s “Swinging Songs of Broadway.” Organizers are urging people to buy season tickets now. Anyone who purchases by December 1 will receive a free ticket to any one of the season’s remaining concerts.

“I think one of the most wonderful things is you know we have world class entertainment for right here in Zanesville for a very very affordable price, a season ticket is only $85, you can’t go to any concert in Columbus for $85 practically, but that gets you not only our whole season but also the Mt. Vernon reciprocal season,” said Sheryl Wise, Zanesville Concert Association Booking Agent.

The $85 ticket also covers the reciprocal agreement with the Community Concert Association in Mount Vernon, which has performances scheduled for October 28 and November 14. After the February opener, Zanesville’s lineup continues with Step Afrika! on April 4, two-time Latin Grammy nominee Mariachi Herencia de México on May 7, and The Cowsills closing the season May 15.

“I just want everybody to go ahead and get your tickets now and we’re looking forward to seeing you either at Mount Vernon or then in February when we get to go with the opening of our season,” said Wise.
