Zanesville Man Pleads Not Guilty To Church Break-ins
A Zanesville man charged in a rash of church break-ins says he is not guilty. 32-year-old Scott Roberts appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court for his arraignment on 44 charges that includes vandalism, burglary, theft and breaking and entering. Sheriff Matt Lutz says Roberts is accused of breaking into area churches and a number of home burglaries. Judge Mark Fleegle continued Roberts’ bond at $500,000. He is being held in the Muskingum County Jail.
