Zanesville Man Pleads Not Guilty To Rape

A Zanesville man pleads not guilty to sex charges.  The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says that 21-year-old Kenneth Troutt Jr. is charged with two counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping, both felonies. The Prosecutor’s Office says the offense date is September 12, 2012.  Muskingum County Common Pleas Judge Mark Fleegle continued Troutt’s bond at $400,000.
