Zanesville Police Investigate Accident

The Zanesville Police Department is investigating an accident that happened Wednesday morning.

Authorities say a car went up a guard rail and rolled into some trees near 1126 Adair Avenue by Cedar Hill Care Center.

Police say speed may be a factor in the accident. A male driver and a female passenger in their 20’s were taken to Genesis Hospital with unknown injuries. Officers said both people were out of the car when responders arrived on the scene.

The accident happened around 9:00 a.m.
