ZPD Looking for Missing Woman

Muskingum County- The Zanesville Police Department needs the public’s help locating a missing woman.

Lindsey Richards was last heard from on February 20th. She was reported missing February, 24th. Police said she is homeless and was last seen in the Putnam Avenue area. There is no clothing description available.
