Search for Suspect in Domestic Violence Case

Zanesville, OH- Zanesville Police said a man wanted on several charges connected to a domestic violence incident remains at large.
Det. Sgt. Phil Michel said a warrant has been issued for 18-year-old Gunner Lent. He’s charged with tampering with evidence, domestic violence, two counts of strangulation and one count of abduction.
Authorities reported that on March 9, at around 3:15pm Zanesville Police received a report in regards to a domestic violence incident. Responding officers discovered that the victim had been assaulted and had physical injuries. Officers were able to collect additional evidence to corroborate the victim’s statement.

Police are also aware video of the incident is circulating online. They ask viewers consider the victim in this incident and avoid re-victimizing the person involved by continuously sharing or making comments on the video.
