1st Summer Performance By The Zanesville Memorial Concert Band

Each year, outstanding high school students from across the area are invited to come together and perform with members of the Zanesville Memorial Concert Band.

Jeff Roquemore, Director, The Zanesville Memorial Concert Band, said that they decided to change it up this year to honor and remember two Morgan High School students who were involved in a fatal accident last fall.

“As a community band, we decided that we would get area schools together and perform a piece in memory and in honor of these students from Morgan High School,” Roquemore said.

The next performance by the band will be at Zane’s Landing Park on Sunday, June 19th, at 7 p.m.
