Ohio 60 Yard Sale
ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Ohioans can take advantage of the Ohio 60 Yard Sale this weekend.
Vendors will be selling items on State Route 60 all the way from the Ohio River in Marietta to Lake Erie in Vermillion through Sunday. The sales could potentially bring thousands of visitors to this part of Ohio.
Dixie Rollison is taking advantage of the Ohio 60 Yard Sale, and said she enjoys doing this with her friends and meeting new people.
“We all got together and decided it would be a good opportunity to clean out our closets and put things at low prices, and try to help people out as much as we could,†said Rollison.
The attraction to this yard sale is finding unique items buyers wouldn’t normally find everyday at the store.
“We actually have a lot of glassware that is old. We do sell a lot of that. People are really looking for those kinds of things. Just a different variety of stuff. Just whatever.â€
Organizers hope this event will continue to grow and help put additional money into local economies.
