Frazeysburg Mayor Charged In Gun Case

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says the Mayor of Frazeysburg has been charged in an investigation.  The Sheriff says Mayor Gerald Howard is facing a disorderly conduct charge after he is alleged to have pointed a gun at a part-time village employee.  Lutz says the Frazeysburg Police Department started the investigation on March 6th and contacted his office to assist in the case.  An arraignment in Muskingum County Court on the minor misdemeanor is set for April 24th.
