Hydrant Flushing on Wednesday

Zanesville Fire Department will flush hydrants in the city on Wednesday.

The areas affected include Schaum Avenue, Stewart Street, Ridge Avenue, Hedgewood Avenue, Brighton Boulevard and all side streets in the area to the city limits.

Flushing will take place from 7:30am until 2:30pm.

Residents in these areas may experience discolored water and reduced pressure. It’s advised to wait until after 4pm for the water to clear, before doing laundry.
