26th Annual Fly In & Cruise In Happening this Weekend

ZANESVILLE, OH – The 26th Annual Zanesville Fly In & Cruise In is getting ready to take flight.

The Fly In and Cruise In will take place this Saturday, September 26th from 8AM until 4PM at the Zanesville Municipal Airport with the cost to get in being a cash donation that will benefit Christ’s Table and Honor Flight Columbus.

Jamie Bright, a Representative with the Fly in & Cruise In, says there’s also still time if you have a car you want to enter in the show.

“From 8 to 4 there’s going to be all kinds of stuff, plenty of food don’t worry, including breakfast that will include pancakes and sausage.” Bright said. “Lunch will have great grilled items along with sloppy joes and stuff like that. As far as entertainment goes, there will be model trains, engines, and military displays along with helicopter and plane rides. Those will run about $30 for children and $50 for adults.”

There will also be a performance by the Dancing Divas, The Schubach Big Band with special guests, as well as a 50/50 drawing, door prizes, and raffle drawings.

Bright says he’s been attending the Fly In and Cruise In since he was young and it’s amazing to see it grow every year.

“I feel like a lot of people might say, oh there’s nothing to do in Zanesville.” Bright said. “Well, here’s your chance, here’s something that’s absolutely fantastic, it’s great for all ages, and it’s not going to cost you an arm and a leg either.”
