Janet Kay Dunn Royer, 72, of White Cottage, passed away Sat. June 16, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on May 30, 1946 in Zanesville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Willard E. and Alice F. Dunn. Janet married James A. Royer on May 1, 1965 and enjoyed 53 years of marriage. Janet worked at Adams Lane Care Center as well as G & G Tax Service, but her real love was as a homemaker, mother, and grandmother. Janet was a member of Fultonham United Methodist Church.

     In addition to her husband, Janet is survived by five children Vickie Jo Wichers of the home, Mitchell James Royer of Louisiana, Cindi Lynn Royer and Katianna M. Royer both of Zanesville, and Sabrina Ann (Jimmy) Pastol of Malta, 15 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren. Janet is also survived by her sisters Deanna L. Hammers of East Fultonham, Carol L. Guidry of Louisiana and Regina J. Dunn of East Fultonham; her brothers Larry Dunn of Zanesville, James “Mike” Dunn of White Cottage, and Martin D. Dunn of East Fultonham.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Ed Hammers and her sister-in-law Jenny Dunn.
