$325 Million Jackpot Up For Grabs

People are rushing to local gas stations and convenience stores to buy tickets for this week’s Mega Millions Lottery. The jackpot is $325 million, which is the third largest in Mega Millions history. Mac’N’Turfs on Maysville Pike says the large jackpot has more people buying tickets.

“We have seen an increase, it has been really good for business and we hope to sell the winner,” tells Kevin Fraunfelter the co-owner of Mac’N’Turf.

The store that sells the winning ticket will receive up to $100,000 in prize money. Many businesses are buying tickets in bulk, hoping for a winner.

“We have several businesses in the area that are pooling money together and buying multiple amounts of tickets,” says Fraunfelter.

The winning numbers will be drawn tomorrow night.
