60-Year-Old Man Enters Plea In Domestic Dispute

A 60-year-old man charged in connection with a Muskingum County domestic dispute says he is not guilty. John Allen appeared before Common Pleas Judge Mark Fleegle entering the plea on two charges of having a weapon while under a disability and obstructing justice. The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office says they went to 1530 Richvale Road on April 25th to serve a warrant to Allen, but upon arrival discovered that he was arguing with his wife. Sheriff Matt Lutz says Allen ended up locking her out of the home and barricading himself inside. He later surrendered. Judge Fleegle continued Allen’s bond at $100,000 cash.
