6th Street Bridge in Zanesville Closed Wednesday

ZANESVILLE, Ohio–The Ohio Department of Transportation announced that the 6th Street (US Route 22) Bridge over the Muskingum River in Zanesville will close to traffic Wednesday, Sept. 9th for repairs.

The roadway is expected to reopen later that evening.

Access will be maintained for emergency responders and pedestrians.

Detour: US 22 to SR 60 to SR 555 to SR 719 to US 22 and reverse.
