I-70 Re-Opens in Licking County

The Ohio Department of Transportation reported early Saturday morning that I-70 eastbound and westbound has reopened in Licking County.  O-Dot says that the flood water at I-70 and State Route 79 continues to recede and that all four lanes are open to traffic.  However, O-dot says there are still ramp closures in that area.
