The Dancing Divas Perform At Scottish Rite Auditorium

Glitz, glam and some great dancing dazzled the audience at Scottish Rite Auditorium Sunday.

Zanesville’s Dancing Divas gave ‘Happy’, the last performance of the Cambridge Concert Association 2014-2015 season. We spoke to LeAnne Bader-Mock who told us more about what went into getting things ready to go.

“We’ve practiced for about 4 months on this show has some special guests, Dr. Laura Schumann is also performing with us as well as many of the celebrities from last years Season 4, Dancing With the Divas and our platinum performers so it’s just kind of a great fun show, ready for spring and to be happy.”

The purpose of the show was to express the Dancing Divas mission statement. Tickets ran at $15 for an adult, $10 for seniors and free for any child younger than 18. We asked Bader-Mock what she hoped the response would be like after watching the show.

“I think the response is going to be really nice. We put a heck of a show together. Things that make us happy, thinking about spring and those April showers that we’re having right now and hopefully kind of just make everybody smile at least for 90 minutes.”
