2016 ZDGA Golf Show

Golfshow

The Zanesville District Golf Show is set for Saturday, February 6th, 2016 from 11am to 3pm. The event has been going on for more than 20 years and is expecting another big turn out.

Mike Durant, Head Golf Professional at Zanesville Country Club said that it’s an exciting event for local golfers.

“It’s a wonderful golf show in the middle of winter. We bring in all the local golf courses and several manufacturers. We got four major manufacturers coming in that you will be able to test out the newest, latest equipment, we will have nets set up to try out,” said Durant.

Tickets are $5 and are free for kids under the age of 18 that come with an adult. All the money from the ticket sales will then go towards the ZDGA programs.

The donations will go to the ZDGA Junior Golf association and the Scholarship that is given away to high school golfers every year.

Durant said that this is a great event for golfers of the community to come together, try out some new golfing equipment, and get excited for the new golf season.
