Wednesday is National Wine Day

ZANESVILLE, OH- Regardless of whether you prefer red, white, or cabernet, everyone can appreciate National Wine Day.

We visited the Winerak Market on Wednesday to talk to the Owner of the Winerak Market, Mike Alfman, about some of the refreshing summer wines that you can enjoy.

“Some of the choices people might want to try are Raven’s Glenn’s strawberry lemonade wine, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, or Moscato, if you enjoy a sweet wine. These are all refreshing drinks that are really easy to drink and is great to go along with a barbeque or hanging out by the pool,” Alfman said.

The Winerak is also hosting a customer’s appreciation day on Saturday, May 28th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

“We will have a barbeque outside, we’re having Raven’s Glenn here having different wines to try out here in the parking lot. We also have Jackie O’s from Athens and Deschutes Brewery attending. We will also have samplings going on inside the store with special pricing deals,” Alfman said.

Alfman said it’s going to be a fun day and he would like to just say thank you to all of his customers.
