Zanesville Man Loses Murder Appeal
A Zanesville man loses his appeal on a murder conviction. The 5th District Court of Appeals announced Monday that it has upheld the conviction of Dale Wright. He was convicted in the murder of his son in June of 2011 and was sentenced to 15-years to life in prison on charges of murder and child endangering. Wright’s son Dash was five months old. Authorities say the child died on August 3rd of 2010 at his home on the East Pike as a result of a skull fracture.
