Local Vendor Provides the gift of Christmas in July

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Believe or not the holiday seasons are approaching and is it’s beginning to feel a little like Christmas in July.
Sandy Pierce operates a seasonal vendor at the Zanesville Farmer’s Market with her niece. Right now they have shifted their gears towards selling Christmas items.
"Actually, some people sort of frowned on it at first. But, it’s a amazing you’ll see people that will come by the table, go all the way around and then they end up back here and buy it, Christmas in July. You know what I tell them? You better get it now," said Sandy Pierce.
Pierce said not only does her business sell Christmas items, they also sell, homemade crafts, novelty items and fresh berries that she grows at her home.
"Wild berries, everyone likes the wild berries. I don’t pick them my son does, he’s the picker and we put them on the table. Everyone wants the berries," said Pierce.
Pierce tells us she is looking forward to preparing and selling items for the fall season.
