Second to Last Memorial Concert Band Performance of the Summer

 ZANESVILLE, Ohio- A huge crowd gathered on Sunday for the second to last concert band performance of the year at Zane’s Landing.

Sunday’s performance had a very special dedication in remembrance of Michael Engle, a young man who passed away from cancer. His mother and father sponsored Sunday’s performance.

Don Cain, Zanesville Memorial Band Concert Committee Member, said that he’s one of the newest members of the concert band and that he has had a great experience thus far.

“My interest is music, I accepted the position as a committee member and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it, they are great people to work with.”

The last performance of the summer will be Sunday, July 31st, at Zane’s Landing Park at 7 p.m.
