Pet of the Week: Finn
ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Animal Shelter Society is introducing an adorable kitten for this week’s pet of the week.
Meet Finn. He is an 8 week old, neutered male cat. He loves to play and would fit right in to any new home. Finn came from a foster family where he has spent time around other people, and that has seasoned Finn to be very social.
“They take them until they are over weight and they bring them back. In the mean time, they’re around kids, other animals, members of the family so they really are good cats,” said Animal Shelter Society Assistant Director, Russell Denny.
The Animal Shelter Society is also extending their Mother’s Day special until Saturday. For all the mothers out there, you will be able to adopt a cat or kitten for only 50 percent off, so Finn’s adoption fee through Saturday is only $35. Finn is already up to date on all his shots, and is ready for his forever home.
“He’s been socialized. He’s good with kids, he’s good with other animals. And is very playful. And just a very, very nice cat,” Denny added.
