ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Start up your engines and ride your way to the Rushing Wind Biker Church this weekend.

The 17th annual Bikerfest weekend is taking place and will be filled with lots of festivities. Friday night there will be a concert from the band God’s Dirt, then start Saturday morning with a free breakfast, and end Saturday evening by honoring first responders and local pastors. On Sunday morning, Bikerfest has a guest speaker where they will then honor World War II veterans.

“We thought this year, we would bring in a couple of World War II vets for our event Sunday morning. So we’re excited to have them just to honor our vets and local clubs,” said Pastor Michael McGuire.

The entire event brings the local motorcycle community together to participate in good music, spiritual uplifting, and wonderful connections.

“We put this event on to invite all of the local bikers to come in and show that camaraderie that we have. And invite the public also to come in and see all of the motorcycles for Bikerfest weekend,” said Pastor McGuire.

Bikerfest runs from June 7th through the 11th at Rushing Wind Biker Church on E. Pike. Free t-shirts and gifts will also be given to riders.
