Muskingum Valley Old Timers’ Annual Golf Outing

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – It was a perfect day for the Muskingum Valley Old Timers annual golf tournament.
The Muskingum Valley Old Timers golf outing took place at Green Valley Golf Course. The purpose of the outing is to have a fun way to raise money for their program.
“It’s for the Muskingum Valley Old Timers budget. We have to raise a lot of money to keep it going. And this is one of our main events,” said Former President, Jim Wright.
The golf tournament is a four person scramble. It costs 40 dollars per person that includes the greens fees, dinner, and refreshments. The tournament most importantly honors Duane Kessler, who dedicated their time with the Muskingum Valley Old Timers.
“We have women and men who can play. It’s just a great time to honor somebody great,” said Wright.
The Muskingum Valley Old Timers next event is their Veterans Night on June 19th.
