Junior Pioneers defeat cross-town rivals

Zanesville, OH — The Zanesville Junior Pioneers were up against their cross-town rival Senior Pioneers at Gant Stadium Wednesday night.

The Juniors trailed for a good portion of the game, but then put up a crooked number in the 6th inning to take a one run lead.

Zanesville then opened the floodgates in the 8th inning and scored six runs to secure a 9-2 victory.

The Junior Pioneers play again Thursday night on the road against Voo Doo.
