2nd Annual Westview Festival planned for Sunday

ZANESVILLE, Ohio–The second annual Westview Festival will be taking place this Sunday in Zanesville.

The event will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the former Westview Elementary School site on the corner of Dresden Road and Englewood Avenue.

The community is invited to enjoy a fun filled evening of food, games, prizes and a chance to socialize with your neighbors.

Celebrity guests who will take a turn in the dunk tank include Zanesville Mayor Jeff Tilton, John McIntire Elementary School Principal Mike Emmert and Executive Director of ForeverDads Burl Lemon.

All proceeds from the event will support the development of Westview Community Park. Construction on this newest Muskingum Valley Park District facility is expected to begin in September.
