Paul Biddle
Paul Walter Biddle Jr., 77 of Nashport passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of Monday, October 26, 2026, at his home after sudden acute renal failure.
He was born on Wednesday, March 23, 1949, in Altoona, PA, the son of the late Paul Walter Helsel Sr. and Mary Biddle.
Paul attended Grace United Methodist Church. He was a U.S. Marine Veteran and POW during the Vietnam War. He was member of the VFW and DAV. Paul was an avid fisherman. He enjoyed camping with family at Lake Erie during summer. Paul loved riding his motorcycles and was a member of various motorcycle clubs throughout his life. His last membership was with The Flames MCC of Zanesville, Ohio. He enjoyed many happy times with friends at The Only Ones in his final years.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Jones Biddle; Aunts, Thelma Marks Murphy, Pearl (James) Baugh, Teresa Stevenson and Hannelore Stevenson; Brother and Sisters in law, Cindy (Dan) Schneider, Debbie (David) Crawford and Larry Jones; many nieces and nephews including, special niece, Dorothy Mason and special nephew, Reece Jones.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his brothers, Tom, Ronnie and Donnie Helsel; In laws, Paul and Juanita Jones; sister-in-law, Jennifer Lynn Jones; and many beloved pets.
Friends may call 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, November 2, 2026, at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home where funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM with Rev. Karen Montgomery officiating. Burial will conclude at the Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
