Putnam Project Delayed

The City of Zanesville announced Wednesday morning that plans to bring the new Putnam water tower project on-line has encountered a delay.

Officials say that due to a mechanical valve failure re-pressurization of the affected area is delayed. Crews are working to replace the valve and they anticipate water pressure to be restored by mid-morning on Wednesday.
