Ohio Voter Registration Deadline Monday

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The registration deadline to vote in Ohio’s 2019 General Election is Monday, October 7.

The Ohio Secretary of State’s office says to register online, you will need an Ohio Driver’s License or Ohio ID card number, your name, date of birth, address and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

Secretary of State Frank LaRose’s office says new voter registration or updating voter registration must happen no later than thirty days prior to an election.

The Muskingum County Board of Election is hosting an open house Monday between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm to show the public how the office runs and to show voters ballot security.
