Ohioans Injured In Movie Theater Shooting

An Ohio teenager and the daughter of an Ohio Fire Chief were among at least 50 people injured in the shooting at the Colorado movie theater where 12 people were killed Friday. Family members said the two were in the Denver-area theater whre a man in a gas mask opened fire. The movie goers were there for a midnight showing of “The Dark Knight Rises.” The Courier of Findlay reports that Dave Hankins of Forest says his 18-year-old son, Gage Hankins, was wounded in the arm. The Springfield News-Sun says St. Paris Fire Chief Scott Massie says his daughter was shot in the leg. Massie says daughter Samantha Yowler moved to Colorado in November. Family members say Yowler and Hankins are expected to recover.
