Tony A. Huffman

Tony A. Huffman age 48, of Dexter City, OH passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at his home, following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born September 6, 1971 in Cambridge, OH a son of Lena “Mickie” Brown Huffman of Caldwell and the late Glen R. “Dick” Huffman.

He was a 1989 Graduate of the Caldwell High School and went on to work for many years as a tree trimmer for Jobie’s Tree Service near Columbus, OH. Tony enjoyed tinkering on cars and riding 4-wheelers. He was a proud grandfather and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory are his wife Kristi L. Stephens Huffman, whom he married November 17, 1991; 4 children Racheal (Adam Snyder) Huffman of Caldwell, Tyler (Morgan Sills) Huffman  of Caldwell, Justin (Kylie) Huffman of Sarahsville, OH, and Lindsey (Trever Heskett) Huffman of Dexter City; 4 grandchildren Ryitt, Jaelynn, River, and Kalie; half-brother Neal “Rich” (Connie) Huffman of Caldwell; father-in-law and mother-in-law Mike and Kathy Stephens of Sarahsville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation Monday, November 4, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will conclude visitation Monday, November 4, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Jackie Hoover officiating. Burial will follow in East Union Cemetery.
