Bike Show Kicks Off

The sound of Harleys filled the air at Zane’s Landing Park Saturday.

It’s the 31st Annual Zanesville Bikers Veterans Bike Show and Poker Run. Saturday’s events included a 50/50 raffle and live entertainment. The festivities will wrap up tomorrow with a bike show.

"You’ll register your bike at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then voting starts from 1 until 5 and that’s the public votes on the bikes and then we’ll hand out the trophies at six," said Crystal Sterling, member of the Bad Girl Bikers club.

The bike show isn’t the only activity planned for Sunday. There will also be three bands performing and a chance to win a bike from Fink’s Harley Davidson. A large crowd is expected for the bike show.

"We expect a lot more tomorrow because we have things going on all day tomorrow," said Sterling.

The live entertainment will begin at 11:30 Sunday afternoon.
