Crash Causes Short Backup on N. Maple near Military Rd

6:03pm Update: Police tell our Nicolette Pizzuto the crash was a two-vehicle hit-and-run. Any traffic backups lasted only a few minutes as the disabled vehicle was pulled off the street.

Earlier: Several news tips to our newsroom are indicating an accident on N. Maple Ave. near Military Rd., backing up traffic in that area right now.
