Merry the Terrier-Lab mix searches for forever family

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Muskingum County Dog Warden and Adoption Center has a new dog in town.
Merry, a one to two-year-old Terrier-Lab mix was camera ready Tuesday morning outside of the adoption center. Volunteer Doug McQuaid says Merry would be perfect for a family whose looking for a loving companion.
“She would be — do very well with a family that would be able to love on her and comfort her. She loves to sit with you and hold you and hug you. As you can see, she looks like she would want a little bit of snuggle time and could do this with you all day long.”
Deputy Dog Warden Alisha Myers says although she can be calm, Merry is also very energetic.
“This is Merry. She is a terrier-lab mix, she’s maybe about one to two years old. She is spayed and she is actually on our reduced fee list so she would only be $75. She’s very energetic and loving.”
She is described as dog, cat and child friendly. To meet Merry, call the Muskingum County Dog Warden and Adoption Center.
