I-70 Westbound Open After Accident in Zanesville

The Ohio Department of Transportation says I-70 westbound in Zanesville is closed Friday morning. ODOT says an accident happened at Underwood Street. The Zanesville Police Department and the Highway Patrol have responded to the scene.
