New Rules for Muskingum County Court/Probation Office

The Muskingum County Court and Probation Office are restricting access. Starting Monday all people entering the court shall be subject to a temperature check. If it reads in excess of 99.9 you will be denied access to the court. The court also announced that no person shall be permitted beyond the first floor security area without a face mask. And, if you are a party or witness in a case you should report to the first floor security staff. Persons needing special accommodations should contact the court 48 hours prior to scheduled court date.
