Most Wanted Suspect Captured

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office said one of their most wanted suspects is now behind bars.

38-year-old John Tullius also known as Frank Carcaterra, of Frazeysburg was wanted on a felony warrant for failing to register a change of address.

Tullius is a registered sex offender.
