Yingling Pleads Not Guilty In Drug Case

A Chandlersville man arrested earlier this month on drug charges appears in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.  37-year-old John Yingling entered pleas of not guilty to charges of trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs.  Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says Yingling was picked up a part of a combined drug unit case with the Zanesville Police Department.  Lutz says Yingling’s criminal history including trafficking and possession of drug charges from 2001 and 2002.  Judge Mark Fleegle continue Yingling’s bond at $100,000.
