Command Center reports two more COVID-19 related deaths in Muskingum County

ZANESVILLE, Ohio–The Muskingum County Joint Unified Command Center reported Thursday that two more county residents have died from COVID-19 .

The deaths involve a 75- year-old and an 81-year-old who both died from COVID pneumonia.

This brings the total number of deaths to 13 in Muskingum county.

The Command Center also reported Thursday that 135 more residents have tested positive for COVID-19.

This number breaks down as follows: 52 reported on 11/10 and 83 reported 11/11.

There are now 363 active cases of COVID-19 in the county and 9 current hospitalizations.

According to the latest data from the State’s COVID-19 Alert Advisory System, Muskingum County remains at a level red.
