Command Center reports 16th COVID-19 death in Muskingum County

ZANESVILLE, Ohio–The Muskingum County Joint Unified Command Center reported Tuesday the 16th Muskingum County death from COVID-19.

Officials said this was a 62-year-old resident who passed away.

The Command Center also reported Tuesday that 31 more residents have tested positive for COVID-19.

The Ohio Department of Health reported Tuesday that there are just over 8,409 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases and 567 hospitalizations in the state.
