Thelma Jean Denman

Thelma Jean Denman, 86 of  Zanesville died at 11:55 AM  Sunday, December 6, 2020 at the Oaks at Northpointe following a lengthy illness.

She was born May 30, 1934 in Zanesville OH the  daughter of Henry Kendall and  Alma Hayes Kendall.

Thelma   was a 1952 graduate of Lash High School & member of the Meadow Farm Methodist Church. She retired from Muskingum County Job & Family Services after 12 year of service.

She is survived by her two children, Paula (Chuck) Powell and Brian (Robin) Denman; 4 grandchildren, Brianne Powell, Alison Powell, Corey (Kelsey) Denman & Grant Denman; 4 great grandsons, Camryn, Cadyn, Kingstyn and Elliott and a sister Anna Mae Thompson.  In addition to her parents, Thelma was preceded in death by her husband Ronald L. Denman; a brother, Paul Kendall and a sister Nella Fae Ferrell.

There will be no public visitation or funeral services observed. A private family service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Meadow Farm Methodist Church or to Hospice of Central Ohio.
