Billy Joe Logan, 39 of Zanesville, passed away December 6, 2020 at his residence.

He was born in Harlan Kentucky on August 16, 1981; son of Mary Logan.

He is survived by his children, Quinten Logan, Herizon Logan, Nadia Logan, and Bailey Logan; brothers, Abraham Logan, Harvey Logan, Nicholas Logan, Adam Smith, Scott Smith; sisters, Virginia Logan, Pamala Logan.
