Anita Marie Gonzalez

Anita Marie Gonzalez, 54 of Zanesville, passed away December 6, 2020 at Genesis Healthcare.

She was born July 3, 1966 in Put-In-Bay, daughter of Robert “Bob” Savage and Beverly Bogle Savage.  She was a homemaker, dedicating her life to caring for her kids, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other people.  Anita was an extraordinary woman, a person that you just had to know and love.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph Scott; children, Chad (Shay) Gonzalez, Denise (Gary) Starr, Jennifer Gonzalez, Vanessa Seaton, Kristy Gonzalez, Beverly Gonzalez, Michael Gonzalez, Kenyan  Angler, Kaleeya Angler, Kieyanna Gonzalez; special niece, Kala Savage; sisters, Roberta Haser, Nellimae (John) Rucker; several grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eva and Allen Bogle; grandchild, Kayden Gonzalez.

Calling hours will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday, December 11, 2020 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home with Karen Stewart officiating.  Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
