Rushing Wind Biker Church is gearing up for first live Nativity scene

ZANESVILLE – The display is located in front of the church. You do not have to be a motorcyclist or a member of the church to attend. Pastor Mike McGuire is inviting anyone from the community to come out.

“If you decide to get out, we’ll get you close to the live Nativity so you can just feel the presence of almighty God. We hope so anyway and we want you to come be a part of the community outreach here at the Rushing Wind Biker Church,” Rushing Wind Pastor Mike McGuire said.

The “live” Nativity refers to animals that will be featured in the event.

“A live Nativity; we’re going to have some animals there. We’ll have some biblical characters walking around. Of course, Mary and Joseph will be there also with baby Jesus and, again, (it’s) an event to reach out to our local community for the reason for the season (in) celebrating our Lord and savior Jesus Christ’s birth,” McGuire said.

The Nativity scene will be on Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
